I was born in Italy in 1984. I studied Management Engineering with a phd in Corporate Social Responsibility. I moved to Spain in 2021. Paolo had already founded the pizza chain Papizza: thanks to my studies, I was able to help him in the management of the company in which I have been working in different areas (human resources management, financial management, digitalisation…). After the sale of Papizza in 2014, we created two other restaurant chains, Bresca and Totale.
