Position:
Alberto Gómez is Executive Chef and R&D&I Director of UDON Asian Food since 2012. Alberto has more than 20 years of experience working in organised catering chains in Spain and internationally. He trained at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Barcelona, and has completed master’s degrees in cooking and culinary techniques.
