Alberto Fariña Toimil

I am currently R&D director at Europastry Galicia focused on the area of savoury products and pastry. I have a degree in gastronomy and culinary arts from the Basque Culinary Center, throughout my career I have had the opportunity to train in Michelin-starred restaurants and more casual hospitality business models, to later specialise in my true passion, product development.
