Sous-Chef at the legendary Oustau de Baumanière with three Michelin stars and at a restaurant on the same property where he obtained a star in 2011. Finalist in 2010 Championnat de France de Dessert, 2018 Championnat du Monde de Pâté en Croûte, 2019 Championnat du Monde de Lièvre a la Royale and Bocuse d’Or Spain 2019.
