After studying Hotel and Catering in Tenerife, he travelled and gained experience before settling in Barcelona as National Ambassador for the Bacardi Group. Now, he has started his own project “Bareto” together with two famous bartenders. He is currently assistant professor in Oenology and Mixology at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena. He is a National Ambassador for 1883 Maison Routin and considers himself an eternal apprentice of techniques and history.
