Nowadays, it is necessary to develop new dynamics of welcome and adaptation to the position, as any other management area must be able to offer a unique and diverse experience for the different profiles and the different demands. We will analyze, together with academic institutions and human resources professionals, the current picture of onboarding processes, what value they bring to the company and their new ways of acting to generate the necessary confidence to start a new work project.
