Senior Living: A booming sector with a lot of potential and solid fundamentals

Demographic trends and the new habits of the senior population are driving the development of the ‘Senior Living’ sector in Spain. We are talking about a sector designed for independent seniors, very different from what we know as retirement homes. This type of asset class is in its infancy in Spain, although the product is well established in the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia.
