Albert Boronat i Miró was born in Tarragona, after some collaborations in Catalonia and at the age of 17 he decided to go to France to work for almost 20 years. He has worked for ten years alongside Alain Ducasse in Monaco, Paris and Gstaad, he was Chef of one of his restaurants. He has written in editions of Alain Ducasse’s books, as well as the volume of the “Grand Livre de Cuisine Tour du Monde”. It obtained a star and a Bib Gourmand in 2010 in France. In 2020 it was the Bocuse d’Or Spain.
