In this session, Benjamin Calleja – CEO of Livit, worlds largest restaurant design company, will share actionable insights about how the industry is being disrupted by upcoming concepts and how they are using technology, operational efficiency and innovative guest experiences to drive profitability. All this in a market under fierce pressure from rising labour costs, aggregators, competition from other segments and increased expectations from guests.
He will share insights and ideas that can be immediately implemented into existing brands improving financial performance and guest engagement, inspiring the drive for change.
Livit focuses on improving the financial performance of multi-unit F&B concepts through award-winning guest experience design, and are ative in 40 countries, developing a new restaurant every 8 hours somewhere in the world.
